**Responsibilities**:

- **Communication Skills**:

- Act as a liaison between various departments, ensuring seamless information flow and collaboration.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other external parties in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Coordination**:

- Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, room booking, and logístical arrangements.
- Maintain calendars for executives and team members, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for staff as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- **Organization and Time Management**:

- Manage and maintain organized filing systems for documents, both physical and digital.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with a high level of accuracy.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to team members, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are in stock.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or coursework in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or related fields is preferred.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
