Service Support Assistant

**Key Accountabilities**:
- **Administration**: Prepares weekly/monthly reports and presentations upon request of the Line Manager. Coordinate with different teams to gather background information to achieve the desired reports and documentation. Distribute meeting minutes as advised by the line manager when required, pending WIPs cross check and report to management and line manager to effectively proceed with processes.
- **Customer care**:Answers customer calls and queries to provide support to the front desk team during their absence or busy periods. Ensure all reports and documentation is maintained for internal audit. Ensure effective filing for service documents.
- **Stationary**: Prepares department requests through the Online Requisition system and coordinates with Procurement team to facilitate supplier’s quotation, delivery and payments. Monitors the consumables inventory and follows-up to replenish stock as required.
**Qualification**: Diploma in Business, Management or equivalent.
**Experience**:
- 3 - 5 years of minimum experience in Service Support role.
- Experience within automotive industry preferred.
