Nespresso UAE is looking to hire a Coffee Ambassador to act as a local Ambassador of the Nespresso Coffee expertise internally and externally and actively contribute to establish Nespresso as the reference in coffee expertise.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE **
- Establish an annual strategy in terms of all internal initiatives linked to Coffee Expertise (Coffee Network, coffee education, Gold Capsule contest and tasting events)
- Implement and manage activities proposed by the Head Quarters and develop other local relevant initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the setting up and development of the network of Coffee Bards. From recruitment, identification to their development. Act as Indirect leader for this group and enable them to support the execution of the internal coffee expertise strategy.
- Own the execution of the Coffee Expertise training program in collaboration and with the support of HR And the Coffee Bard Community.
- Ensure transversally the accuracy and consistency of the content in the local adaptation/translation of any coffee related communication material/scripts.
- Act as the local Sensory referent and enable relevant other internal stakeholders to support this mission.
- Support Coffee Team in the creation and execution of diverse topics and projects
- Establish an annual strategy in terms of all external initiatives linked to Coffee expertise in collaboration with relevant local stakeholders.
- Among Club members and prospects: Organize and run consumer facing workshops proposed by our Head Quarters directly or with the support of the Coffee Bards. Propose new initiatives to leverage the Nespresso coffee expertise and share best practices
- Support the PR, trade and marketing teams in external communication, events, product launches and fairs.
- Monitor local and international relevant trends and report these to local management & Head quarters
- Translate the external trends and developments to possible actions (New Initiatives, but also Internal Q&As)

**What will make you successful**

**Coffee Expertise**:

- Deep understanding of coffee and its nuances to represent the brand's coffee authority in public communications.

**Brand Representation**:

- Ability to act as the brand's public face and voice, effectively participating in media interviews and external presentations.

**Strategic Collaboration**:

- Work in tandem with the various teams to ensure consistent brand image both internally and externally.

**Training & Development**:

- Experience in providing internal training on coffee knowledge.
- Ensure alignment of training with the brand's message and quality standards.

**Communication**:

- Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus
- Ability to adapt coffee content for local audiences and offer expert insights on key messaging.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Strong skills in stakeholder management, both internal and external.
- Collaborate closely with PR, marketing, and other teams for events, launches, and workshops.
- Engage effectively with Key Opinion Leaders during brand-centric events.

**Event Support**:

- Assist in the conceptualization and execution of brand events, making sure the brand's coffee expertise is front and center for both B2B and B2C audiences.

**Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on local and international coffee trends to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.

**Brand Alignment**:

- Ensure all initiatives and activities are in line with the broader communication strategies as laid out by the Brand Communication Manager.

**Education & Experience**:

- Possess a university degree, ideally in marketing or a related field with ties to commerce.
- Demonstrated experience in public speaking, interacting with media, and aligning with premium brand standards.
