**Overview of the role**:
The position will play an important role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth, enhancing competitiveness, and optimizing performance. **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Assist in conducting research and analysis of real estate market trends, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
- Support the development of market reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate key findings and insights to senior management.

**Strategic Planning Support**:

- Provide support in the development and refinement of the company's strategic plan, including assisting with goal setting, performance metrics, and action plans.
- Assist in coordinating strategic planning sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather input and facilitate alignment.

**Data Analysis and Performance Tracking**:

- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational and financial data to track performance against strategic objectives.
- Help maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the preparation of regular updates and reports on strategic initiatives for senior management.

**Business Development Assistance**:

- Support the evaluation of potential investment opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions through financial modeling, research, and due diligence.
- Assist in preparing business cases, investment memos, and presentations to support decision-making by senior management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate the execution of business development activities**.**

**Competitive Intelligence Gathering**:

- Assist in monitoring competitor activities and industry developments to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Contribute to the development of competitive intelligence reports and analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
- Help identify strategies to enhance the company's competitive positioning and differentiation in the market.

**Required skills to be successful**:

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.

**Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, industry trends, and investment analysis techniques is a plus.

**Minimum Experience**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or real estate development.
