Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Customer Order Handling Activities - Understanding the Requirements, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Stakeholders, Communication Matrix.
- Single point of Contact for Customer in Project Execution.
- Preparation of Scope Matrix, Project Timelines.
- Coordination with Cross Functional Teams.
- Ensure Timely release of Purchase Orders to Sub Vendors/ Sub Contractors.
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects, in terms of Scope, Time & Cost
- Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
- Ensuring team members have the required supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
- Arranging Meetings with Management in case of any escalations and the Customer change requests.
- Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
- Planning meetings and organizing project logistics.

.Expediting with vendor for materials
- Responsible for timely Submission of Bills to Customer and timely collection of Account Receivables.
- Submission of documents and co ordinating with engineer/supplier and customers

**Skillset**:

- Good & Effective Communication Skills.
- Must have 2-3 years of experience with electrical and instrumentation background.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PPT.
- Good mail communication
- Organization and time management
- Problem solving
- Positive Attitude

**Salary**: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
