Business Development Representative

Exterro is currently looking for Business Development Representatives to join our sales team for Middle East and Africa. This position is perfect for a high energy and motivated individual with an excitement to learn for future promotional opportunities at Exterro. Job Responsibilities:
- Build territory pipeline with lead generation and pipeline development through cold calling, warm calling, marketing events, sponsorships and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Regional Director of Sales.
- Qualify marketing leads.
- Set-up pre-qualified sales meetings.
- Company and contacts research and database management.
- Meet and/or exceed individual quota, responsible to stay targeted to metrics and strategy of sales plan
- Maintain internal communications and coordinate resources with Marketing, Research and Development, Sales Consultants and other internal stakeholders representing the needs of the sales teams.
- Provide product information, success stories and create interest.
- Responsible for assessing customer satisfaction and driving issues at HQs as well as prospecting existing customer base to drive up-sell and add-on orders.
Experience and Skills:
- 1 year plus of tech, legal or SaaS sales experience
- Cold-calling and prospecting skills preferred
- High energy and motivation
- Experience with software sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of sequencing and prospecting process
- Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM tool, or ability to learn
- Arabic speaking is also needed for the role.
