Brand/content Manager

**Position Overview**:
As a Brand/Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the overall brand identity and content strategy for the company. Your primary responsibility will be to create, curate, and manage compelling content that aligns with the brand's vision and resonates with the target audience. This position requires a combination of creative and strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the company's brand values and goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Content Creation: Ideate, produce, and edit high-quality content in various formats, such as articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, podcasts, and visual assets. The content should be engaging, informative, and consistent with the brand's tone and voice.
- Brand Identity and Guidelines: Ensure adherence to the brand identity guidelines across all content and marketing materials. Monitor and maintain consistency in brand messaging and visuals to reinforce the brand's recognition and reputation.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the brand's presence on various social media platforms. Develop content calendars, schedule posts, respond to comments and messages, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
- Content Promotion: Strategize and implement content promotion campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and traffic. Collaborate with other departments to leverage content for various initiatives, partnerships, and events.
- Audience Research: Conduct market research and audience analysis to understand customer preferences, pain points, and behavior. Utilize these insights to create targeted and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
- SEO and Analytics: Implement SEO best practices to improve the discoverability of content and monitor content performance using analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and achieve performance objectives.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the design, marketing, and communication teams to ensure brand consistency and effective content distribution across various channels.
- Brand Monitoring: Monitor online conversations, reviews, and social media mentions to maintain the brand's reputation and address any potential issues proactively.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in content management, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in SEO and experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and ability to innovate in content creation and marketing strategies.
- Understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate them into actionable content strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in content marketing and branding.
The Brand/Content Manager is an essential role in shaping the brand's image, driving engagement, and contributing to the company's overall success. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to continuously improve content performance and brand awareness.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
