**About you**:

- An ‘Outstanding’ teacher with at least 4 years of middle leadership experience working in an International school.
- Proficient and experienced at teaching Islamic to **native level & non-native level students** across the Secondary phase
- The role will involve working closely with other middle leaders & the Head of Department to develop the department’s strategic plan and overseeing IBT assessments.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to harness individuals’ potential and ideas bringing them together in one cohesive team.

Interviews will take place either face-to-face in Dubai or by video conferencing if the applicant is not based in Dubai.
