**Introduction**:
It is our job to acquire and cultivate relationships with our most strategic customers through proactive targeted efforts by effectively aligning internal resources to their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Annual Recurring Revenue (new business).
- Strategically OWN the accounts in your territory.
- Understand the business direction and goals of the accounts as a whole.
- Create an executive network within accounts in territory.
- Map relationships from executives to users with the Optimizely account team.
- Meet with customers in person when needed (travel up to 30%).
- Project manage across multiple business units within accounts.
- Work with internal departments to coordinate resources.
- Manage legal/procurement process to create scalable global agreements.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Possess at least 5 years relevant sales experience, with an exemplary track record of performance against quota.
- Have experience selling at a senior executive level.
- Retain a detailed understanding of the B2B marketing tech stack.
- Previous experience selling personalization, CMS, and e-commerce into B2B companies.

**Education**:
Bachelor's of Science or Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience
