Enterprise Account Manager- IT Distribution

StockIT LLC is looking for enterprise Account Manager who would work on onboarding new partners/ clients and maintain strong relationship with existing clients.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Understanding the clients' business goals and aligning company solutions to meet those objectives.
- Serving as the main point of contact between the company and the client.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client needs.
- Negotiating and renewing contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Handling contract-related discussions, modifications, and renewals.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
- Addressing and resolving client issues promptly to maintain a positive client experience.
- Anticipating potential issues and proactively implementing solutions.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to track account health.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
- Managing account budgets and ensuring revenue targets are met.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelors.
- Minimum 2-3years of proven work experience in an IT distribution company as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager in enterprise Division.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- UAE Driving License mandatory.
