**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for domestic workers, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Tadbeer regulations.
- Foster positive relationships between domestic workers and employers, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires to ensure understanding of company policies and services.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to domestic worker services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of HR experience, preferably within Tadbeer or domestic worker services.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
