Sales Executive Outbound

We are searching for a highly motivated Sales Executive/Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for generating sales/leads building relationships with potential customers and closing deals for our Alchematives exciting products/services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls emails and visits to identify and qualify potential leads
Conduct regular territory visits and maintain accurate records of customers.
Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential leads within your assigned territory.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and their value proposition.
Effectively communicate product benefits to potential customers addressing objections and overcoming challenges.
Build rapport and establish trust with prospects nurturing relationships through the sales cycle.
Negotiate and close deals exceeding assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and competitor activity.
Benefits
Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound sales preferably within the IT industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quotas.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
A selfmotivated and resultsoriented individual with a strong work ethic.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sales.
