Ideal Candidate- CNC SETUP - Manufacturing - CNC Programmer - CNC Machinist Programmer - Lathe - 5 axis - Mill Turn - Swiss Turn - Machining Center - CNC Programming

Responsibilities
Although not all-inclusive, below should provide a sense of what the opportunity entails:

  • Work with sales, customers both internal and external
  • Complete metal cutting process execution Including documentation on CNC Lathes, Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers
  • Support projects in house and setup and acceptance at the customer site
  • Document Activities
  • Be people oriented with the ability to build business relationships


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 or more years experience with strong proficiency in the setup, operation and programming of CNC Machining Centers and Turning Centers.

Strong understanding of controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain,.

Flexibility to work with with Mastercam, ESPRIT, GibbsCAM, or similar.

  • A strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Great organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • A valid driver s license and reliable transportation is required
