We are seeking a passionate and results-driven

Sales Manager

to join our dynamic team at Messe Frankfurt Middle East. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the success of our world-class exhibitions. If you have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the events industry, and a flair for identifying growth opportunities, we want to hear from you
Please note: This is a 3 month temporary position.
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

Sales Strategy and Planning

Develop sales collateral and presentations in collaboration with marketing.
Plan and execute innovative sales strategies, including telesales, e-selling, and client meetings.
Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of prospects and new revenue streams.
Gain market intelligence to drive sales growth and ensure the events competitive edge.
Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior management.
Customer Service and Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Manage key accounts and drive high exhibitor retention and re-booking rates.
Deliver exceptional exhibitor service throughout the event cycle.
Floor Plan and Industry Engagement

Strategically design and manage exhibition floor plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Establish partnerships with trade associations, government entities, and industry groups to strengthen event positioning.
Oversee and motivate a worldwide agent network to achieve sales goals.
Exhibition Delivery

Ensure exhibitor and visitor satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle, from build-up to tear-down.
Manage VIP attendance and host business partners during the show.
Research and Development

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and sponsorship revenue streams.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the events visibility and reputation.
What We're Looking For

Experience

Minimum 5+ years in sales within the exhibitions or events industry.
