Key Account Supervisor
LOCATION:

Purpose
The Key Account Supervisor supervises sales operations, fosters business development, and builds strong client relationships. This role is vital for driving revenue growth, increasing the company's market presence, and delivering exceptional customer service within the modern trade sector.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Understand the specific needs of each account and provide tailored solutions to address their operational requirements.
Conduct regular account visits and maintain open communication to resolve issues and identify opportunities for growth.
Sales Growth and Strategy Implementation:
Develop and execute sales strategies for the modern trade segment to achieve revenue targets and drive account growth.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, introducing additional products or services.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and progress toward targets.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including purchasing managers.
Organize and participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote the company's offerings.
Ensure excellent after-sales service by collaborating with internal teams to address client needs promptly.
Market and Competitor Insights:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the modern trade sector.
Collect client feedback to identify gaps and recommend product improvements or innovations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales modern trade account management within FMCG industry.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
