Key Accounts Manager

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important clients. They will act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management and sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  2. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients
  5. Forecast and track key account metrics
  6. Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
  7. Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise with key clients
  8. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on key account status
  9. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape
  10. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or in a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
