Guest Relations Manager

What You Will Be Doing

  1. Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation in Guest Services
  2. Ensure that all team members are properly trained
  3. Handle complaints/incidents/accidents occurring in the hotel when required
  4. Manage & motivate the teams to upsell and ensure that the rates given are matching with the instructions received
  5. Develop high quality relationships with guests throughout their stay, in order to encourage loyalty

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  1. Minimum experience of two years in a similar role in a 5-star Luxury Hotel
  2. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or equivalent
  3. Knowledge in MS Office and Opera system
  4. Ability to speak other languages, preferably Russian
  5. The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills and pride in personal presentation
  7. A genuine passion for customer service with a strong focus on always making our guests feel welcome during their stay
  8. Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
