Position Overview:

The Head of Sales will lead our sales division, focusing on driving revenue across primary and secondary markets. You will implement strategies to achieve sales targets, build and maintain client relationships, and manage a high-performing team. As a key leader, you'll work closely with the executive team to align sales efforts with business goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve growth targets and exceed performance expectations in both primary and secondary markets.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals, driving revenue and market expansion.
  • Team Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing sales team.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, developers, and investors.
  • Market Insights: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and enhance sales outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in real estate, with a strong focus on the secondary market. 5+ years of leadership experience in sales.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behavior.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills; tech-savvy with CRM systems and sales platforms.
