We're Hiring: Head of Sales – UAE
Location: United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and drive our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets .
This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of high-end furniture and interior solutions .
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to our locations. Identify emerging market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats to adjust strategies accordingly. Optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share growth .
- New Client Acquisition & Market Expansion: Identify and target new clients within the residential and commercial sectors . Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, procurement managers, contractors, and corporate clients . Utilize networking, business development techniques, and consultative selling to drive new business opportunities .
- Sales Performance & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets by expanding the client base and increasing conversion rates. Track and manage a healthy sales pipeline , ensuring consistent business growth. Implement data-driven decision-making by analyzing sales performance metrics, lead conversion rates, and client retention rates .
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Conduct strategic negotiations with clients to finalize contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements . Ensure that all agreements align with the company's financial goals and operational capabilities. Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Project Management, Warehouse, and IT) to support smooth sales operations.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients through exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention . Implement strategies to increase client loyalty and generate repeat business .
- Sales Reporting & Market Analysis: Generate detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to track progress and identify growth areas. Perform competitive analysis to inform pricing, marketing, and product strategies. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop targeted campaigns and sales initiatives .
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the sales team , providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Establish a high-performance culture by setting clear goals and monitoring KPIs. Organize training sessions to upskill the team and improve sales effectiveness .
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred ).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management and business development (preferably in the luxury interior and furniture industry).
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop successful sales strategies .
- Strong networking skills with an extensive database of clients in the UAE .
- Expertise in high-value negotiations, contract management, and key account development .
- Proficiency in CRM software (Oracle preferred) and data-driven sales analysis .
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience in training and mentoring sales teams .
- Ability to travel frequently within the UAE for business development.
