Business Development Executive

One of our esteemed clients is looking to hire a Business Development Executive to spearhead their business development efforts and expand their client base. If you're passionate, enthusiastic, and ambitious, and are based in Dubai, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the unique selling points of our off-plan projects and real estate investment Fund.
- Achieve sales and business targets, including client acquisition and AUM building, by promoting the company's investment products to local and overseas high net worth clients and in respect of retail investors build a pool(s) to meet the minimum investment threshold of $100,000.
- Responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and forecast sales performance accurately.
- Research businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new clients and ways to serve existing clients better.
- Contact potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings.
- Prepare client presentations and materials, including PowerPoint and sales displays.
- Work with the Head of Property Investment to manage risks.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
- Attend networking opportunities including conferences and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers and investors, and identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for off-plan properties, ensuring alignment with market trends and company goals while adhering to rules and regulations.
Experience and Requirements:
- A minimum of bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in property sales or property management, specifically in off-plan real estate and new property development.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages, particularly Arabic or French, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with a track record of closing high-value deals in competitive markets.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and streamline processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales excellence.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market trends and regulations to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Must be willing to travel within and outside the UAE and GCC countries.
