JobDescription: We are seeking a resultsdriven B2B Sales Specialist todrive sales growth in our HR and technology solutions division. Theideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executingsales strategies acquiring new business and nurturing clientrelationships to ensure continued success and growth.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in HRand technology solutions.
- Identify and targetnew business opportunities within the HR and technologysectors.
- Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with key clients andstakeholders.
- Manage the sales process fromlead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare anddeliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potentialclients.
- Negotiate contracts and close dealsto achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Monitorindustry trends competitor activities and market demands toidentify new opportunities.
- Work closely withthe marketing team to create and execute effective lead generationstrategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business AdministrationSales Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5years of proven experience in B2B sales preferably within HR andtechnology solutions or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR and technology services includingrecruitment staffing consultancy and techsolutions.
- Exceptional communicationnegotiation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain clientrelationships.
- Proven track record ofachieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and an existing client network ishighly desirable.
- Fluency in English isrequired; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Valid UAE drivers license.
