  • DevelopingProject plan using applicable tools (MS Project / Primavera) andmust be able to develop until L4 levelplan.
  • Contractunderstanding negotiation & prequalification processingwith suppliers contractorsetc.
  • Assistthe business development team with the estimated cost structurepresite visit risk analysis estimated project timelines resourcesand other requirements on the bidsubmittals
  • Planningand managing project activity at the site includingsubcontractor(s).
  • Riskanalysis risk management andmitigation.
  • ControllingProjectBudget.
  • Coordinatingwith crossdiscipline team members to make sure that all parties areon track with project requirements deadlines andschedules.
  • Meetingwith project team members to identify and resolve issues within therequired time frame and align with clientrequirements.
  • Owningand managing quality of work at thesite.
  • Maintainingand controlling stock at thesite.
  • Managingweekly project meetings (internal and/or external with the clientconsultant etc) and maintaining project delivery and executiontrack.
  • ManagingClient s expectations and keeping them on track with respect to theprojectdeliverables
  • Liaisingwith DEWA DM Trakhees DDA Client and any & all authoritiesandstakeholders.
  • Conductingand formulating pre and postproject reports for stakeholder ssignoff
  • PreparingHand Over documents for the O&M team and theclient.
  • Budgetingand negotiating with suppliers manufacturers and vendors along withthe procurementteam.


Requirements
  • Aminimum of 3 years of experience working at the site on Solar PVprojects with proven trackrecords.
  • MSProject or Primavera isrequired
  • Bachelorof Engineering Degree in electrical civil mechanical orequivalent.
  • Professionalproficiency in the English language. Arabic is aplus.
  • Professionalproficiency in MSOffice.
  • AddonsPluses: Solar PV Designing & Engineering DEWA Regulationsand approvals PMPcertification.
  • Basedin UAE with valid Driving License ismust.


A minimum of 3 years of experience working at the site on Solar PVprojects with proven track records. MS Project or Primavera isrequired Bachelor of Engineering Degree in electrical, civil,mechanical, or equivalent. Professional proficiency in the Englishlanguage. Arabic is a plus. Professional proficiency in MS Office.Add-ons Pluses: Solar PV Designing & Engineering, DEWARegulations, and approvals, PMP certification. Based in UAE withvalid Driving License is must.
