Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities related to sports flooring installation, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Coordination: Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any on-site issues or challenges.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and solutions to site teams, addressing any engineering challenges that arise during the installation process.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and any variations to the original plan.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets by monitoring expenses and ensuring that all work is completed within financial constraints.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the project's progress.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site visits.
Experience & Qualification:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably with a focus on flooring or sports facility projects.
  • Strong knowledge of sports flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction.
