Requirements:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, InformationTechnology, or a relatedfield.
  • Experience:Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, orrelated roles.
  • TechnicalSkills:
  • Proficiency ine-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, orMagento.
  • Experience with marketplace platformslike Amazon, Talabat, and Noon.
  • Familiaritywith analytics tools like Google Analytics and marketing tools likeGoogle Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Basicknowledge of HTML/CSS and website management is aplus.
  • SoftSkills:
  • Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communicationand collaboration abilities.
  • Attention todetail and ability to multitask in a fast-pacedenvironment.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Familiaritywith CRM tools and email marketingsoftware.

  • Social MediaMarketing: Promoting products on social mediaplatforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) to drive trafficand increase engagement.

3.Product Management andMerchandising

  • ProductListings: Creating detailed, engaging productdescriptions, high-quality images, and proper categorization forbetter discoverability.
  • PricingStrategies: Developing competitive pricingstrategies and ensuring that pricing is updatedregularly.
  • InventoryManagement: Monitoring stock levels, forecastingdemand, and working with supply chain teams to ensure productavailability.

4. UserExperience (UX) & Conversion Rate Optimization(CRO)

  • WebsiteOptimization: Improving website navigation, pageload speeds, and overall design to enhance the userexperience.
  • A/BTesting: Conducting A/B tests on landing pages,product pages, and checkout processes to identify areas ofimprovement and increase conversionrates.
  • MobileOptimization: Ensuring that the online store isfully responsive and optimized for mobileusers.

5. Data AnalysisandReporting

  • AnalyticsTools: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics,Shopify Analytics, or similar to track website traffic, salestrends, and customerbehavior.
  • SalesAnalysis: Monitoring sales performance, identifyingtrends, and adjusting strategies to maximizerevenue.
  • CustomerInsights: Analyzing customer data to understandpreferences, buying behavior, and create personalized shoppingexperiences.

6.Customer Service andSupport

  • ManagingCustomer Inquiries: Responding to customerquestions, concerns, or issues regarding products, shipping,returns, etc.
  • Handling Returnsand Refunds: Managing return policies, ensuringcustomers are satisfied while maintainingprofitability.
