  • Completingassigned tasks within designatedtimeframes.
  • Prioritizing duties, especiallyduring high-occupancyperiods.

  • Respondingpromptly and courteously to guestrequests.
  • Creating a welcoming and comfortableenvironment for guests.

4. PhysicalStamina

  • Performingphysically demanding tasks such as bending, lifting, and prolongedstanding.

  • Ensuringevery room meets cleanliness and presentationstandards.
  • Checking for and reportingmaintenance issues like broken fixtures orappliances.
  • Ensuring proper placement ofamenities, such as toiletries andlinens.

  • Maintaining anorganized cart or workspace for efficient taskcompletion.
  • Keeping track of cleaning suppliesand replenishing asnecessary.

  • Communicatingeffectively with supervisors and teammembers.
  • Reporting issues or guest concerns tothe appropriatedepartment.

8.Flexibility andAdaptability

  • Adjustingto schedule changes, including weekend or holidayshifts.
  • Adapting to varying guest needs orunexpected demands.

9.Knowledge of Health andSafety

  • Followingprotocols for hygiene, sanitation, and wastedisposal.
  • Using personal protective equipment(PPE) and cleaning suppliessafely.

10.Problem-SolvingSkills

  • Addressing minorissues like spills or guest complaintspromptly.
  • Escalating significant concerns tosupervisors when necessary.
Desired candidateprofile
  • Prepare all therooms or beds for new arrival staff.
  • Report allmaintenance/repair requests to the Housing Supervisor/ TeamLeader.
  • Conduct monthly inventory offurniture's, fixtures, appliances, linens, cleaningmaterials, etc. as applicable.
  • Ensure thatproper key controls are in place.
  • Report anyfire or safety hazard to Housing Supervisor/ TeamLeader.
  • Follow and recommend measures tominimize all wastage of materials and amenities are used in theAccommodation.
  • Provide overall assistance toP&C as required.
  • Keeping all equipmentclean, tidy and well maintained as per the Accommodation OperationsManual, including proper and securestorage.
  • Carrying out special tasks accordingto the assignments.
  • Report any damaged ormissing items to the General Cleaner Supervisor for action andfollow up.
  • Keeping all keys signed out in asecure manner and return them at the end of the shift to theambassador in charge.
  • Ensuring that all teammembers enjoy their stay within the accommodation compound beingoffered the cleanliness and hygienic servicealways.
  • Carrying out any other reasonableduties as assigned by the Housing Supervisor/ TeamLeader.
  • Provide haircuts, hair styling, andgrooming services for female teammembers.
  • Support female team members withpersonal care and grooming needs as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in asalon or similar environment would be an addedadvantage.
  • Skills in hair cutting, styling, andgrooming are essential.
  • Minimum 1 year ofexperience in Housing or Housekeeping.
  • Goodcommunication skills.
  • Knowledge in excel wouldbe an added advantage.
  • Should be able to workwith minimum supercisioon.
