Our client, a cutting-edge technology company transforming the hospitality industry, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality, hotel, and restaurant sectors .
- Create and execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to drive business decisions.
Client Acquisition & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct consultative sales by understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Manage the full sales cycle , from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability.
Lead Generation & CRM Management
- Utilize market research, networking, and outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Effectively manage and track leads using CRM tools (HubSpot) .
- Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities, performance metrics, and client interactions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
- Provide valuable market insights to enhance product offerings and improve go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums .
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in hospitality, SaaS, or B2B tech .
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals .
- Strong background in negotiating and managing complex sales cycles .
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management , or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities .
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot) and MS Office Suite .
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results .
- Deep understanding of hospitality industry trends and customer needs .
