Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Food & QCGrowth Teams and the MarComm and CRM teams to develop a holisticcustomer centric marketing campaign plan by month, quarter andyear.
  • Ensure growth teams have forward lookingtrade plans with a clear overarching platform strategy tyingdifferent vertical comms together
  • Work closelywith the Director of Marketing, vertical managers, and regionalplanning on budgets and submit BE for the function. Constantlyreport on progress to the Director of Marketing to ensure we stayon track with budgets across verticals andfunctions.
  • Design, develop, and maintainongoing marketing performance metrics and reports to assist theGrowth Managers and Director of Marketing drive critical businessdecisions from a marketing POV.
  • Based on datadriven ROI assessment plan campaign and messaging tiering bychannel to ensure the right campaigns reach the rightpeople
  • Ensure commercial trade plans tie upinto a holistic platform strategy that changes by quarter andseasonality
  • Create a feedback loop with growthmanagers to guide them towards effective trade planning that leadstowards better ROI, less campaign clutter and targeted comms. Usethis feedback loop to ensure comms are split by the rightchannels
  • Analyze marketing & sales dataalong with users’ feedback (campaign results, conversionrates, traffic, etc.) to decide on future marketingstrategies.
  • Ensure ecosystem initiatives (TPro,Co-brand Card, Dine Out, BNPL) are well represented in the channelplanning mix and have the right segmented customerbase,
  • Provide inputs & expertise to theDirector of Marketing to drive efficiency of differentverticals.
  • Work closely with the regionalmarketing team counterparts in PM and CRM to ensure channelmarketing strategy is aligned with all stakeholders and CPO and CPAis optimized
  • Ensure brand messaging is givenvisibility in monthly and quarterly channel planning to have clearoverarching themes for the customer
  • Ensureclear overarching themes are drilled down to growth heads (Food& QC) so the commercial trade plan mirrors the overarchingplatform theme
  • Ensure a channel marketing mixthat caters to all pillars of talabat UAE’s commercialstrategy

What you need to besuccessful

KeySkills & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree inany discipline
  • Has experience of working inmid-large sized marketing & sales teams of at least 4years
  • Strong Project Management Skills, ensuresfollow up and timely escalation
  • Strong withExcel / Google Sheets / Powerpoint / GoogleSlides
  • Strong customer centric marketknowledge; ability to tie up data points with customer behavior topaint a full picture which result in actionable marketinginsights
  • Marketing Channel Knowledge (CRM,Digital, Offline, IPM) with expertise in one or more ispreferred
  • Strong with data &analytics
