The role is Responsible forcoordinating process management and process optimization activities(for A2R R2RP2P O2C & H2R) across the IHS Group workingcollaboratively with the Global Process Owner the Global ProcessManagement lead and process operators in each country that IHSoperates. This role is pivotal in supporting the Global ProcessOwner to drive standardization simplification and automation acrossEAM ensuring that relevant stakeholders are consulted and trainedto operate process changes. The Senior Manager EAM ProcessManagement will ensure effective collaboration between market teamsand the centralized process managementfunction.

Key Roles andResponsibilities

  • Functionas a key subject matter expert in the document management modelquality management system and quality standards. Providing adviceand recommendations to global and local colleagues on processenhancement and continuous improvement projectteams. 
  • Plan and manage processdevelopment projects to address the full life cycle: requirementsand policy setting; process design documentation and trainingdevelopment and delivery; change management planning anddeployment; and transition to an oversight system that incorporatesperformance monitoring and continuous improvement once the newprocess is fully operational.
  • Identifies areasof training focus and collaborate closely with training developerson training strategies and plans.
  • Supportingthe EAM global process owners and business process operators tooptimise processes through automation simplification andstandardization.
  • Creating current and futurestate business process documentation including process maps andstandard operating procedures. 
  • Runworkshops with business process operators to capture knowledge andcreate SOPs.
  • Support the development of tobeprocesses incorporating best practiceprinciples.
  • Identifying process improvementopportunities for all relevant process teams (within Shared ServiceCentre Country and Group Operations &Finance).
  • Developing metrics for measuring thesuccess of process improvement projects and delivering thoseresults to leadership.
  • Work with CountryFinance Shared Services IT Operations Commercial and other relevantdepartments to drive process standardization and effectivenessacross EAM.
  • Build strong working relationshipswith Operations Finance SSC and other stakeholders acrossIHS.
  • Devise ongoing evaluation strategies tomonitor EAM process performance and determine the need forimprovements.
  • Coordinate activities with IT toensure the delivery of process improvementinitiatives.
  • Evaluate our current AssetManagement Processes: Identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and areasfor improvement.
  • Develop a comprehensivedatadriven reengineering plan: Outline industry best practices forour specific industry and asset types.
  • Provideresources and expertise:
    • Experience inDesign and Delivering Best industry standard EAMsystems.
    • In depth experience of data datatransformation process deployment integrations system processesautomation simplification standardization asset portfolio maturityframework & assessment risk profiling asset managementpolicies.
    •  Support in implementingbest practice asset management in the asset portfolio (followingISO55000 Asset management standard) working closely with functionalteams across the business to optimize commercial (asset life andvalue maximization) and technicalperformance.
    • Define Asset management MasterData categories asset data quality and initiatives to improve andsustain itsquality.
  • Assist indetailed Asset management processes (level 4 workflows) forpriority process areas that ensure improved asset data quality andcontrol and should be consistent with IHSArchitecture.
  • Support in maintaining andensuring Asset Management activities are undertaken in accordancewith local legislation and HSEpolicies.
  • Developing metrics for measuring thesuccess of Asset managementimplementation.
  • Work collaboratively with ourteam: Open communication & collaboration throughout theprocess and equip our team with the necessary knowledge &skills to implement the revisedprocesses.
  • Develop overall knowledge of Finance& different Operations of IHS. Excellent understanding andexperience of Management Processes Business Processes FinancialProcesses & Support Processes.
  • DriveProcess Automatization and efficiency enhancement. (OperationProcess Mapping Process Improvement). Being able to translate thoseprocesses and businessneeds.

Qualifications:

  • Act as SME forAsset Management and adjacent domains.
  • Expertknowledge in the entire Asset Management LifeCycle.
  • 10 years of experience in OperationalProcess Design and Improvement.
  • Very goodknowledge on EAM adjacent domains such as Warehousing &Supply Chain.
  • An undergraduate or postgraduatedegree in computer science engineering business management or arelated field. Or similarknowledge.

Functionalcompetencies

  • Certificationin Process Management such as Six Sigma is aplus.
  • Overall understanding of IT (ArchitectureDevelopmentInfrastructure)
