Keys duties include but are notlimited to the following:

  • Assistingwith weekly payroll processes from processing reviewing andsubmitting for payment to management and statutoryreporting.
  • Supporting the monthend closingprocess by preparing account reconciliations and assisting withjournal entries.
  • Helping manage daily cashreceipts including reconciling cash cheques and foreign currencytransactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records ofcash floats and assisting with monthly cashaudits.
  • Assisting with invoicing debtcollection and followups as needed.
  • Providinggeneral support to the Finance team with ad hoc tasks andcompliancerequirements.

Qualifications:

This role is ideal forsomeone with 2 years experience who wants to develop their skillsand gain exposure to various financial processes in a supportiveteamenvironment.
