Our dynamic Treasury team is looking for a talented individual to join us as a Financial Treasury Officer at Deem Finance.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute towards our success. As a Financial Treasury Officer, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day Treasury Securitization activities and ensuring compliance with Senior Lender's Terms & Conditions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will act as the key point of contact for the Operational execution of Project Secure, a specialized Treasury Project that executes a Securitization facility with a Financial Institution.
  • You will execute day-to-day Securitization related IT, Operations, Reporting, and Administrative activities to manage optimal funding levels at Deem Finance.
  • You will work closely with our IT architecture, IT vendor, and internal IT team to monitor systems issues related to complex securitization on Deem's IT systems.
  • You will manage Operational process of mapping, planning, and monitoring of how Deem Treasury manages the Securitization requirements on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
  • You will effectively liaise with internal and external counterparties to ensure seamless coordination and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • You will contribute towards Treasury Management related ad hoc tasks as a Treasury specialist (SME) in ALCO, Central Bank reporting, Audits, Liability Pricing, Portfolio Investments, Strategic Capital management.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in Securitization related transactions in a Treasury Operations / Back-office environment.
  • Strong understanding of operations, accounting, and systems.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantitative, Technical or Financial field, Master's degree in Finance or Management preferable but not required; ACCA, CFA or related qualification.
  • 2-5 years experience in Treasury Securitization Back-office Operations of bulge bracket Bank, Treasury mid-office experience in a Financial Institution or stellar academic credentials with penchant towards Analysis, MIS in Corporate Finance, Treasury domain.
