What You'llBring To The Role

  • 8+ years of experience in platform,knowledge and content management for Field Enablementteams.
  • MUST be an expert with Highspot (i.e.you have owned Highspot at a previouscompany).
  • 3+ years of true people managementexperience.
  • Proven experience managingenablement systems (Highspot, WalkMe, Gong, Circle HD, Scribe, LMSPlatforms).
  • Passion for and championship ofcontent transformation, organization and optimal userexperiences.
  • Demonstrated experience leadingcontent strategy initiatives and managing complex contentprojects.
  • Understanding of sales processes andhow enablement content contributes to salessuccess.
  • Exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Sharp critical thinkingand analytical skills to measure and optimize contenteffectiveness.
  • Self-reliant and capable ofquickly solving problems and resolving conflicts at variouslevels.
  • Strong project management skills withthe ability to lead cross-functionalteams.
