  • Accountablefor the production and delivery of a variety of deliverables acrossall cost consultancyservices.

  • Manages projectsand resources according to the requirements of the project and actsas primary point of contact forclients.

  • Supervises andmentors more junior members of staff to enable their developmentassisting with the graduate development programme whereappropriate.

  • Leading clientengagement across the portfolio ofprojects.

  • Accountable for avariety of complex deliverables throughout the lifecycle ofmultiple projects generally within an end marketsector.

  • Manages theresources across a portfolio of projects all within the establishedbudgets.

  • Accountable forbriefing the team on project scopes to ensure roles andresponsibilities areunderstood.

Experience

  • Minimum12 years post graduateexperience

Qualifications

  • Bachelorof Science in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering (or equivalent)from an accredited internationally recognized institution orUniversity.

  • MRICS orequivalentaccreditation.
