Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inventory and Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels across all stores.
  • Recipe Costing and Pricing: Analyze data to determine optimal pricing for new menus and update existing recipes accordingly.
  • System Updates: Ensure that the Opera system is up-to-date with new beverage recipes and other relevant information.
  • Spoilage and Issue Resolution: Verify spoilage reports and approve beverage issues from outlets.

You will have strong analytical skills and be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
