My new client is looking for an experienced andwellorganized Business Development Executive to support theirBusiness Development team in Dubai

Thesuccessful candidate will become the central point of contact forcolleagues and clients alike and the catalyst for new sales and theoverall efficiency of the business developmentoperation.

The ideal candidate can confidentlyestablish first client contacts via the telephone introduce thecompany and their service offerings and qualify the interest andpotential of prospective clients. The candidate can effectivelyprescreen large number of contacts and schedule quality phoneconsultations and facetoface meetings for the business developmentteam.

The Business Development Executive willassist with business trip appointment schedules and keep the teamsmeeting schedules up to date and busy. The Business DevelopmentExecutive will work directly with the team to ensure each teammember have sufficient and high quality client telephone and faceto face interactions each day.

He or she willmanage the client relationship management system (Salesforce) byentering new client contacts and business leads updating lead andaccount information as well as sales reports and dashboardsensuring our data is accurate at all times.

Thegoal is to facilitate the teams business development activities tomaximize their performance and the long term growth of theorganization.

The rolerequires the candidate to:

* Follow up onProgram delegate lists
* Follow up or contact Conferencedelegate lists
* Contact Alumni lists
* Top 50target client intelligence gathering
* Initial phoneresponse to Open/Other inbound inquiries and follow up on bookingforms entering leads to Salesforce
* Setting up FacetoFaceappointment schedules for Business Development Team
*Demonstrate a high level of personal commitment to serviceexcellence.
* Provide high attention to detail in allcommunication and contracts ensuring highest quality standards arecommunicated through all written and verbalpresentations.
* Support proposal formulation and requestfor proposals through compiling existing proposaltemplates
* Input data to the contact management databaseensuring the system is kept uptodate accurate and current at alltimes.
* Maintain records on behalf of the businessdevelopment team ensuring that a filing system is established andthat documents are readily available when needed.
* Trackavailability of the Business Development team and assist while theyare out of the office.
* Update key sales reportsincluding weekly/ monthly reports and departmental actionplans.
* Attend team meetings actively participate recordprepare and distribute meeting notes.
* Assist BusinessDevelopment team in planning and organizing client calls andmeetings networking events conferences and businesstrips.
* Effectively use customer relationship managementtechniques via * Salesforce and other initiatives to build andmaintain relationships with my clients active and prospectclients.
* Maintain positive communication with allcolleagues and stay well informed of activities promotions andevents.
* Undertake other ad hoc related responsibilitiesas required.

Requirements:

*Minimum 5 years sales experience in a similar sales administrationrole.
* Very good proficiency of English
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strongcomputer skills (MS Office); knowledge of Salesforce will be anasset
* A team player with high level of dedication andattention to detail
* Ability to work well in a fastpacedenvironment
* Wellorganised and responsible with anaptitude in problemsolving
* BSc/BA in businessadministration or relevant field; certification in sales ormarketing will be an asset
