Business Development Executive

Engart Interiors is seeking an experienced and highly self-motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in the interior design industry in UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals, with a proven track record of bringing in new projects from day one. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Engart Interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the UAE who require interior design and fit-out services. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's client base.
- Negotiation and Closing: Engage in negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements. Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
- Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling interior design services.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors in the UAE interior design market. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities.
- New Project Generation: Leverage your industry contacts and expertise to generate new interior design projects from the day you join, contributing to the company's growth and revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensure excellent client satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and addressing client needs promptly.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and a passion to develop business.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the interior design industry in UAE.
- Established network of contacts and relationships within the UAE interior design and construction sector.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
