We are seeking an experienced HR Officer with a strong background in human resources and in-depth knowledge of departmental functions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our organization's human resources activities while understanding the unique needs and requirements of different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee Relations:- Foster positive relationships between employees and management.- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.- Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and assess morale.- Departmental Collaboration:

Develop a deep understanding of the functions and goals of each department.- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with departmental objectives.- Provide HR support tailored to the specific needs of each department.- Training and Development:

Identify training needs within departments and coordinate relevant programs.- Work with departmental leaders to create career development plans for employees.- Implement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge across departments.

Policy Development and Compliance:- Develop and update HR policies in accordance with labor laws and organizational needs.- Ensure departmental compliance with HR policies and procedures.- Advise departmental heads on HR-related legal issues.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role ( 3 years Above).- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.- Strong understanding of departmental functions within an organization- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Driving License Mandatory-Pref Language- Hindi and English#J-18808-Ljbffr
