JobDescription

  • Ensure proper functioning oftelephone equipment in the hotel at all times and to implementcorrect telephone operating procedures
  • Handleany guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon aspossible
  • Handle phone calls and forward anymessages received for the guest.
  • Record andgive wake-up calls
  • Report all telephone defectsto the technical department
  • If electronicsystem is down, to record all-chargeable calls and post them on theguest's invoice
  • Utilizes correctprocess and procedure when you handling the confidential guestinformation
  • Take down and relaymessages.

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma orequivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills,both written and verbal required
  • Excellentorganizations skills and ability to findsolutions
  • Able to cope with the pressures of avery busy environment
  • Proficiency in an otherforeign language except English is aplus.
