  • TenderMonitoring:Track review and share details of relevanttenders from different tender portals and institution websites. Aswell ensure timely submission oftenders.
  • ArabicTranslations: Provide accuratetranslations for social media posts official documents andmarketing materials from English toArabic.
  • SupportSales and Marketing Teams:Assist with administrative tasks to help drive marketing campaignssales initiatives andevents.
  • DocumentManagement: Organize file andmanage both digital and physical documents for easyretrieval.
  • ClientCommunication: Respond toinquiries assist with client followups and maintain effectivecommunication with external stakeholders in both Arabic andEnglish.
  • OfficeCoordination: Handle dailyoffice tasks such as scheduling meetings managing calendars andsupporting overall officeoperations.
  • OtherAdministrative Tasks: Providegeneral administrative support to all departments asneeded.
    • Organizedand DetailOriented: Ability tomanage multiple tasks and maintain attention todetail.
    • ProblemSolving:Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to work underpressure.
    • Communication:Effective communication skills both verbal and written with theability to interact professionally with internal and externalstakeholders.

Requirements
  • Desiredcandidateprofile:

    • Provenexperience in a similar administrativerole.
    • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in both English andArabic.
    • Vocationalor diplomalevel education in business administration or a relatedfield.
    • Mustpossess a valid UAE familybook.
    • Avalid UAE driving license ispreferred.
    • Strongproficiency in MS Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint).
    • Priorexperience with tender management is aplus.


Desired candidate profile: Proven experience in a similaradministrative role. Excellent written and verbal communicationskills in both English and Arabic. Vocational or diploma-leveleducation in business administration or a related field. Mustpossess a valid UAE family book. A valid UAE driving license ispreferred. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint). Prior experience with tender management is a plus.
