Overallresponsibilities:

  • Responsiblefor completing documents for purchase order this starts withreceiving requests from concerned project or department within thecompany and then generate the purchase order along with supportingdocuments and register in ERP system.
  • Maintainpurchase order issuance log and other key documents for auditpurpose.
  • Maintain AVL (Approved Vendor List)and collect documents from suppliers / vendors / service providersfor prequalification. 

Day to dayresponsibilities:

  • Organizeand develop RFP and RFQ documentation according to establishedpolicies and procedures to ensure organization requirements arecaptured effectively.
  • Responsible forcompleting documents for purchase order this starts with receivingrequests from concerned project or department within the companyand generate the purchase order along with supporting documents andregister in ERP system.
  • Processing therequisitions & purchase orders for supplies and equipment;followingup for payments and receivables. Liaise and coordinatewith suppliers by collecting and providing all required informationto ensure contractual terms and conditions aremet.
  • Carrying out order planning pricenegotiations and coordinating withsuppliers.
  • Verify payment invoices fromsuppliers / vendors / service providers attach supporting documentsand submit in Finance for payments.
  • Maintainpurchase order issuance log and other key documents for auditpurpose. 100% Compliance in internal and external audit and closeall observation/NC on time.
  • Contribute todevelopment of procurement procedures and templates for properprocurement management and execution for projects and EEIC AbuDhabi office.
  • Devising efficient logisticsmanagement system to ensure delivery of the goods / shipments asper committed timelines and cost.
  • Preparing MISreports of inward / outward logistics and apprising top managementand users of routine inventory management activities; assisting inframing of costing & proposal for logisticsolution.
  • Developing longterm partnerships withsuppliers; managing daytoday supplier performance to ensure meetingof service cost delivery and quality norms; coordinating withsuppliers for new product development andimplementation.
  • Negotiating shipping termscoordinating and tracking shipment clearance duty exemption anddocumentation for FTA submission.
  • Liaise withestimation department for obtaining quotations for ongoing tendersduring bidding stage and negotiating with Suppliers andSubcontractors.
  • Maintain AVL (Approved VendorList) and collect documents from suppliers / vendors / serviceproviders forprequalification.

Qualifications:

  • MinimumBachelor Degree in Engineering in any discipline (Preferably inMechanical Electrical or Instrumentation) with sufficientexperience (03 Years minimum) in the Oil & Gas industry.Affinity and familiar with Engineering Procurement and Contractingaspects in the Electrical and Instrumentation business both onshoreandoffshore.
