KeyResponsibilities:
- Assistin daily administrative tasks including filingdata entry andcorrespondence.
- Handleincoming and outgoing mail emails and phonecallsprofessionally.
- Maintain andorganize office supplies andstationery.
- Assist inscheduling meetings appointments and travelarrangements.
- Supportstaff with document preparation printing andphotocopying.
- Ensure theoffice is clean organized andwellmaintained.
- Assist inreceiving and directing visitors andguests.
- Coordinate withvendors and service providers for officeneeds.
- Maintain records ofoffice expenses and petty cash (ifrequired).
- Provide support todifferent departments asneeded.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Highschool diploma or Bachelor s degree in BusinessAdministration or related field(preferred).
- 13years of experience in an office assistant oradministrative role (UAE experiencepreferred).
- Proficiency inMS Office (Word Excel OutlookPowerPoint).
- Strongorganizational and multitaskingskills.
- Good communicationskills in English (Arabic is aplus).
- Ability to workindependently and in ateam.
- Presentableprofessional and customerserviceoriented.
- Willingness to take onvarious office support tasks asneeded.
