  • Assist RoomsDivision Manager to identify and implement training plans for allvilla host team members.  Conduct regular associatetraining and monitor its success.  This will involvetraining in both IT systems and guestserviceprocedures.
  • Maintain full knowledge of theProperty Management.
  • Assist RDM andAFOM in monitoring departmental cost as per allocatedbudget.
  • Monitor daily arrivals and action asappropriate for any VIP or special request.  Liaise withhousekeeping room service and guest relations where necessary tocomplete the action.
  • Handle all negative guestfeedback on priority and effectively within stipulatedguidelines.
  • Supervise the functioning of alldepartmental team members facilities sales and costs to ensuremaximum departmental profit is achieved.
  • Takeresponsibility during the shift for maximizing quality levels ofproduct and service and guestsatisfaction.
  • Remain accountable for allelements of operations during a shift.
  • Ensurethat all Standard Operating Procedures are being adhered to bytraining all team members and monitoring theirperformance. 
  • Drive upselling withinthe department.
  • Develop and maintain amotivational working environment within thedepartment.
  • Provide support and guidance to theteam members as required.
  • Ensure team membersare uptodate with current information and data of the hotel productincluding room types rates relative features and facilities foodand beverage outlets & promotion spa and health club andother services and facilities.
  • Conduct room andfloor inspections to ensure qualitystandards.
  • Establish and maintain effectiveteam member relations.
  • Liaise with theAccounting Department for accounting and auditing related frontoffice procedures reports and operational problems and payments ofcommission.
  • Provide assistance to localrepresentatives of tour operators and travelagencies.
  • To attend resort events daily shiftbriefings and training to improve professionalskills.
  • Foster a good relationship with thirdparty companies.
  • Is detailed and ensures properhandover from incoming and outgoingshifts.
  • Answer telephones promptly andaccurately and follows telephoneetiquettes.
  • Ensure timely follow up of allguest requests and reverts to guests or resort asappropriates.
  • Take ownership of guests requestsand needs and ensures immediate action asappropriate.
  • Keep RDM and AFOM of all mishapsunusual cases and guest feedbacks. Prepare glitch report andcirculate to all concerned as perguidelines.
  • Follow up on all pending glitcheswith courtesy calls to guests for effective resolution of theglitch.
  • Take charge of operations during nightshift on rotation with GRM AFOM and Duty manager in the absence ofNight Manager.
  • Is well acquainted with allresort facilities including the guest room facilities and knows allevents in the resort.
  • Keep himself/herselfupdated on the arrivals departure and transport arrangements forthe day.
  • Ensure guestrecognition.
  • Is able to identify andacknowledge repeat guests and VIPs.
  • Ensure thateach guest interaction is a delightful experience for theguests.
  • Never says NO. Offers alternatives asapplicable.
  • Always find a way to exceed guestsneed and expectations.
  • Ensure consistentdelivery of resorts service standards.
  • Isselfmotivated and leads his colleagues byexample.
  • Respect the departmental duty rosterand reports to work on time.
  • Is open andwilling to adapt to new procedures for the benefit of guests andcolleagues as and when introduced.
  • Attend allscheduled training courses organized by the department and resortas and when asked to.
  • Is a team player andactively participates in all team memberactivities.
  • Present himself/herself at alltimes with professional courtesy and etiquette towards both guestsand team members.
  • Is well groomed and in properuniform at all times.
  • Maintain a professionaldemeanor at all times.
  • Always project apositive image of the resort and company at theairport.
  • Ensure strict compliance to all resortand local laws regarding fire health safety and security proceduresand actively participates in any training sessions conducted on theaforementioned.

Qualifications:

We are looking forcandidate who is experienced in villa operations minimum 2 yearsand familiar with butler or villa host service standards in 5starhotel

  • Proven experience in hospitalitymanagement or similar role
  • Strong leadershipstaff management and customer serviceskills
  • Excellent problemsolving conflictresolution and communicationabilities
  • Proficiency in organizational andtime management skills
  • Flexibility to workvarying shifts including nights weekends andholidays
  • Fluency in English; knowledge ofRussian and other language is aplus
