  • Assist Villa operations Managerto identify and implement training plans for all villa host teammembers.  Conduct regular associate training and monitorits success. 
  • Assist Villa operationsManager in monitoring departmental cost as per allocatedbudget.
  • Perform duties in accordance toStandard Operating procedures and Guidelines of theresort.
  • Is responsible for smooth functioningof the Villa Operations.
  • Supervise daily villaoperations including checkins checkouts housekeeping coordinationand maintenance.
  • Assist in managing villaassignments and monitor occupancylevels.
  • Inspect villas regularly to ensurecleanliness maintenance and readiness.
  • Ensureall villas are prepared to the highest standards for guestarrivals.
  • Coordinate special requests amenitiesand services for villa guests.
  • Address andresolve guest concerns promptly andeffectively.
  • Oversee VIP guest stays ensuringpersonalized and exceptional service.
  • AssistFront Office Department with daily operations checkin check out andupselling.
  • Maintain high standards in personalappearance. Is well groomed hygienically clean and properly attiredin uniform to carry out duties at alltimes.
  • Behave and carry out tasks andresponsibilities in a professionalmanner.
  • Punctual to report for duties and isprompt to disseminate services to guests.
  • Wellorganised to carry out job tasks with necessary accessories readyand at hand.
  • Fully aware of arrivals departuresand guest movement in the resort.
  • Alwaysprepared to handle guest requests complaints and suggestions andfollow through to maximize the servicestandard.
  • Knowledgeable about fire and safetyprocedures.
  • Deal with guest comments andconcerns systematically and keep superiors informed of thesame.
  • Committed and suggests/introduces newinitiatives that are focused in enhancing guestexperience.
  • Report health or safety hazards toVilla operations manager.
  • Perform other dutiesas assigned by the Management.
  • Schedule andallocate Villa Hosts for following daysarrivals.
  • Act as a role model for VillaHosts.
  • Monitor performance and Villa Hosts andcoach and train them as required.
  • Solicitguests feedback from Villa Hosts and circulate to all relateddepartments.
  • Responsible for recording guesthistory and update on Opera property managementsystem.
  • Initiate contact with guests prior totheir arrival and proactively gathers preferences forresidences.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment areprepared/stacked/organised in the villas and pantries at alltimes.
  • Attend all briefings conducted &follows up with daily arrivals departures and other importantinformation.
  • Ensure to place guest courtesiescomplementary items and amenities in the villas as specified andcarries out its delivery and timelyclearance.
  • Is prepared to carry out arrivalsand departures according to setprocedures.
  • Prepare necessary misenplace in theallocated pantries and villas to facilitate efficientservice.
  • Ensure the Private cellar and minibarare stocked and checked prior to guest arrival. Also ensures thatthe Private cellar and minibar are refilled and the bills areposted during the stay. 
  • Isknowledgeable of the service and quality of all types of winesavailable in the Private cellar.
  • Is aware ofthe procedures for laundry valet service and is ready withrequirements to carry out same in a professionalmanner.
  • Maintain handover making log entries asper the log standards and going through it every day as soon ascoming to shift.
  • Attend daily briefings andmeetings as scheduled.
  • Check guest profiles andguest history of specific guests allocated to him prior to theguest arrival and be familiar with all theinformation.
  • Ensure the villa is set upaccording to guest preferences and follows up with other areasaccording to the details available in the guesthistory.
  • Ensure all arrivals amenities such asfruit platter beverages according to VIP codes cold towels andwelcome drinks are in order.
  • Check the arrivalvilla prior to arrival as per guestspreference.
  • Meet the guests upon arrival atresort and VIPs at airport ifrequested.
  • Facilitate in villa checkin.
  • Introduce guests to the resort and theirvilla. 
  • Ensure the registration cardis filled and signed handed over to the reception with the requiredcopies of vouchers and passport for CIDsubmission.
  • If guest have any other requestslike laundry or baggage unpacking attend to themimmediately.
  • Coordinate guest requirements withother departments and follow up to ensure all queries are handledto maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Meet guestsregularly and recommend / assist guests in using and indulging inresorts facilities.
  • Is aware of the daily lunchand dinner menu to take orders from guests and place with theIRD.
  • Ensure that bed making baby cots rollawaybeds turndown service are done according to the guestspreference.
  • Assist guests in foreign currencyexchange or matters related to payments.
  • Attendto flight reconfirmation/special transfer requests if any andcoordinate concerns sections
  • Speak to the guestthe night prior to departure and explains departure procedures.Offers guests wake up calls or early morning breakfast and otherrequest including
  • Facilitate in villa checkout.
  • Ensure guests luggage pick up is organisedby dealing effectively with Front Desk.
  • Ensureguest has cleared safe and all baggage has been transportedout.
  • Check the villa for any lastminuteconsumption in the private cellar and keep the front desk informedabout it.
  • Check the villa thoroughly to ensurethat no guest belonging is left behind.
  • Monitorguest comments and follows up asnecessary.
  • Attend behavioral and vocationaltraining in own and related work areas to enhance skills anddevelop multifunctionality.
  • Ensure that allfellow associates follow safety rules and operatingprocedures.
  • Is aware of all house rules andassists in enforcing them onassociates.
  • Conduct himself/herself in such amanner so as to encourage all fellow team members to dolikewise.
  • Maintain a favorable workingrelationship with all other company employees to foster and promotea cooperative and harmonious workingclimate.
  • Project at all times a favorable imageof the company resort anddepartment.

Qualifications:

We are looking forcandidate who is experienced in villa operations minimum 2 yearsand familiar with butler or villa host service standards in 5starhotel

  • Proven experience in hospitalitymanagement or similar role
  • Strong leadershipstaff management and customer serviceskills
  • Excellent problemsolving conflictresolution and communicationabilities
  • Proficiency in organizational andtime management skills
  • Flexibility to workvarying shifts including nights weekends andholidays
  • Fluency in English; knowledge ofRussian and other language is aplus
