  • To be certified in Food ServiceSanitation as available and to implementprotocols.
  • To work closely with allchef's in relation to the food prepared by yourkitchens.
  • To work closely with all chefs inrelation to the kitchen and the rest of the culinary/F&Bteam.
  • Comply with Four Seasons'Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conductas set forth in Employee Handbook.
