  • Building& Maintaining ClientRelationships:As a Flight Care Executive you will be the first point of contactfor our clients. As such you will carry the responsibility andhonor of representing Jet Luxe to our clientele. You will beexpected to create and maintain a strong rapport with clients byunderstanding their needs preferences and expectations. Throughconsistent and proactive engagement whilst ensuring clients feelvalued and wellcaredfor you will build trust andloyalty.
  • CustomerCommunications:Handling all client interactions with professionalism clarity andempathy. This includes responding to inquiries resolving issues andproviding information promptly. Clear and courteous communicationhelps ensure client satisfaction and enhances their overallexperience.
  • UnderstandingOperationalRequirements:Thorough knowledge and experience of the logistics and constraintsof aviation operations including the understanding of flightschedules regulatory requirements aircraft capabilities safetyprotocols and ground operations. A solid understanding of theseelements ensures the ability to anticipate and address potentialissuesefficiently.
  • Buildingordering and executing cateringorders:Coordinating with clients to understand their catering preferencesand dietary restrictions placing accurate orders with cateringproviders and ensuring timely delivery. Attention to detail iscrucial to meet the high standards expected in private aviation. Inconjunction with the Flight Ambassadors build an unforgettableexperience on board for every client on everyflight.
  • CoordinatingTravel Requirements for Staff &Crew:Organizing all travel logistics for staff and crew includingbooking commercial flights and hotel accommodations. Flexibilityand an ability to multitask are key to handle any lastminutechanges orissues.
  • Liaisingwith multiple internaldepartments:Effective collaboration with various departments such as SalesFinance and Marketing. The role requires clear communication tocoordinate efforts share information and resolve anyinterdepartmental issues. Working seamlessly with different teamsensures a cohesive approach to service delivery and helps maintainthe high standards of thecompany.


Requirements
  • Minimumthree years experience in a client servicerole
  • Fluentin English with excellent communicationskills
  • Proficiencyin other languages is highly desirable especially Spanish andFrench
