Sand Circus is Saudi's Creative Growth & Talent Agency. World-class brands like Amazon, Netflix, and Nescafé trust Sand Circus to grow their brand in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, creatively reaching their audience to drive deep awareness and increase market share.

Role's mission:

Your role is to qualify and convert quality leads (in the Saudi and broader GCC markets) into active, long-term, and satisfied clients. As it stands, you will be accountable for 3 main KPIs: gross profit of deals closed, client satisfaction, and client retention.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Close business deals with organizations (such as brands, agencies, and production studios) for the myriad of services we offer (influencer marketing, music creation, production, etc.), driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new business.
  2. Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure their needs are met effectively. Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster a positive client experience.
  3. Account Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand existing accounts and grow the business. Identify opportunities for account expansion.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Manage internal resources effectively to meet client requirements and expectations.
  5. Strategic Contribution: Develop and execute account strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated solutions and achieve client success.
  6. Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service quality. Generate client testimonials and case studies to highlight success stories.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, negotiate deals, and present proposals.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess market potential, evaluate opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Problem Solving: Capacity to identify challenges and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles and achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation techniques to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and business priorities.
  • Teamwork: Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive business growth.
  • Client Focus: Commitment to understanding client needs and delivering exceptional value to clients.
