Roles and responsibilities
  • Achieve ambitious AOP andIGM Targets for HPM, EC & AMD businesses in Gulf &Levant region through focusing on winning OIT and securingSales.
  • Develop sustainable flow businesschannels for HPM, EC & AMD businesses in the Gulf &Levant region through applying special focus on Private and Publicsectors.
  • Accelerate the growth of HPM, EC& AMD businesses in Gulf & Levant region bypromoting our advanced technologies and product features and ensuresuccessful launch of new products andsolutions.
  • Provides technical expertise throughSales Presentations and Product Demonstrations of HPM, EC &AMD portfolios.
  • Build strong relationships withHealthcare Professionals in Intensive Care, Operating Rooms,Recovery, Emergency, Cardiology and Maternity Departments in Publicand Private Healthcare Institutions.
  • Developand drive credibility and long-term relationship with BusinessPartners and Sub-distributors (if any) and provide the requiredsupport to their local sales team to achieve their set financialtargets.
  • Educates and train distributor salesforce according to the company rules and standards. Plan frequentmeetings with local partners and their market salesforce.
  • Supports existing customers and HPM, EC& AMD installed base in Gulf & Levant markets andprovide the required support to our end-customers to ensure theirfull satisfaction.
  • Outpace competition in Gulf& Levant Markets, target their accounts heavily, monitortheir activities and provide complete market intelligence (incl.customer database) to analyze marketdynamics.
  • Plans and organize workshops in thescope of sales and clinical marketing to promote our technologiesand advanced features.
  • Participates in localcongresses, trade shows and exhibitions related to HPM, EC& AMD portfolios.

You arethe rightif:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in biomedical engineering, Medicine, Nursing, or relevantspecialty
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience inMedical Device Industry with proven record ofsales
  • Previous experience in Hospital PatientMonitoring & Emergency Care & CardiologyDiagnostics is preferred.
  • Experience inHealthcare Solutions /Critical Care/Operating Rooms/ EmergencyDepartment.
  • Ability to develop and maintainexcellent relationships both internally andexternally.
  • Very good command of written andspoken English & Arabic
  • Resident in UAEwith valid driving license is a strong plus
  • Norestriction to travel

    • Managingand updating the sales pipeline, tracking the progress of leadsthrough various stages of the salesprocess.
    • Ensuring that follow-up actions aretimely, and ensuring that deals are progressing towardclosure.
  7. TargetAchievement:

    • Meeting orexceeding sales targets and performance metrics set by thecompany.
    • Continuously working to increaserevenue and expand the customerbase.
  8. MarketResearch and CompetitiveAnalysis:

    • Keeping trackof competitors' products, pricing, and strategies tomaintain a competitive edge.
    • Conductingresearch to understand customer needs, market trends, andopportunities for productimprovements.
  9. SalesReporting:

    • Keepingaccurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, anddeals closed.
    • Reporting on sales performance,forecasting future sales, and sharing insights withmanagement.
  10. Collaborationwith OtherTeams:

  • Workingwith marketing teams to align sales campaigns with marketingstrategies.
  • Collaborating with customerservice, product development, and other departments to ensurecustomer satisfaction and address any post-saleissues.
