1.1.17    Describeroom accommodations and benefit feature sale amenities toguests. 
1.1.18    Usesales techniques when assisting guests in making reservationsincluding personalizing calls obtaining complete guest needssuggesting alternate dates or directing guests to sister propertieson sold out days. 
1.1.19    Answer guest questions about propertyfacilities/services (e.g. hours of operation room availabilityrestricted dates rates and room types packages promotionsentertainment restaurants specialevents). 
1.1.20   Assign confirmation/cancellation numbers and clearlyrelay this information to callers giving them the option ofemailing and/or faxing thesenumbers. 
1.1.21   Identify guest reservation needs by asking openendedquestions to obtain all necessaryinformation 
1.1.22   Follow up selling techniques and sales strategies inorder to maximize propertyrevenue. 
1.1.23   Identify repeat guests using appropriatecodes
1.1.24    Any otherduties as may reasonably be requested by the management teamincluding assistance for large events or hotelfunctions.
1.1.25    Carry outany other reasonable task (which may not be stated here) asrequested.
1.1.26    Assist inTask Force Teams for newopenings.
 

Qualifications:

Minimum one yearexperience with the same position in a 5 star hotel  
                                                                          and high schooldegree.
