As a People CultureCoordinator at Banyan Tree Dubai you will beresponsible for fostering a positive and vibrant workplace culturesupporting people & culture initiatives and ensuring thewellbeing of all employees. You will be an essential part of thePeople and Culture team assisting in the development and executionof various programs that enhance employee engagement talentmanagement and organizationaldevelopment.

  • EmployeeEngagement: Support teambuilding activities employeerecognition wellness programs and measure employeesatisfaction.
  • HRAdministration: Assist with recruitment onboardingmaintain employee records and process requests related to leave andbenefits.
  • Training &Development: Coordinate training sessions supportemployee development and manage trainingschedules.
  • Compliance &Policies: Ensure adherence to HR policies proceduresand legal requirements and assist with updatingdocumentation.
  • Communication:Facilitate communication between employees and management andassist with internal newsletters andnotices.
  • WellbeingPrograms: Coordinate wellness programs aligned withBanyan Trees values and monitor theireffectiveness.
  • AdhocProjects: Assist with HR projects such as diversityinclusion sustainability and employeesurveys.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • Previous experience in human resourcesor employee engagement preferably in the hospitalityindustry.
  • Strong organizational andcommunication skills.
  • High attention to detailand ability to manage multiplepriorities.
  • Ability to work independently aswell as in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of HRsoftware and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingualskills are an advantage but notmandatory.
