  • Supports the HR Manager in making hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications.
  • Prepares and presents job offers to selected candidates.
  • Ensures new employees are properly onboarded and transitioned into their roles.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Construction and heavy equipment transport industry.
