The People & Culture Executive isresponsible for managing the full recruitment cycle includingsourcing interviewing onboarding and overseeing promotions withinthe organization. This role is critical to ensuring theorganization attracts retains and develops top talent whilepromoting a culture of inclusivity growth and employeewellbeing.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • FullRecruitment Cycle:

    • Leadthe recruitment process from job posting to candidate selectionensuring a positive candidateexperience.
    • Source and screen candidatesthrough various platforms (e.g. job boards social media andrecruitment agencies).
    • Conduct interviewsassessments and background checks.
    • Collaboratewith department heads to understand hiring needs and designtailored recruitment strategies.
    • Manage theonboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for newhires.
  • Promotionsand InternalMobility:

    • Work withmanagers to identify and assess employees for promotions andinternal mobility opportunities.
    • Develop andimplement fair and transparent promotion criteria andprocesses.
    • Ensure proper documentation of allpromotion decisions and communicate them effectively to relevantstakeholders.
  • CultureDevelopment & EmployeeEngagement:

    • Support thePeople & Culture team in fostering a positive and inclusiveworkplace culture.
    • Organize and promoteinitiatives to enhance employee engagement satisfaction andretention.
    • Facilitate communication betweenemployees and management regarding career development and promotionopportunities.
  • EmployeeRelations &Compliance:

    • Ensurerecruitment and promotion processes comply with labor laws andinternal policies.
    • Handle employee inquiriesrelated to recruitment onboarding and promotion with a focus onresolution andsupport.
  • DataManagement &Reporting:

    • Maintainaccurate recruitment and promotion records providing regularreports to senior management.
    • Utilize HRsoftware and systems to streamline recruitment and promotionworkflows

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in fullcyclerecruitment and employee development.
  • Strongunderstanding of employment laws recruitment trends and bestpractices.
  • Excellent communicationinterpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Abilityto manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Experience with HR software andapplicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • A commitmentto diversity equity and inclusion in recruitment and promotionprocesses.
